Return & Exchange Policy

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days upon receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unaltered, unworn, and unwashed. 

To start a return, you can contact us at lunallenabtq@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Please note that the customer is responsible for all non-refundable return fees.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items on sale
  • Gift cards
  • White clothing
  • One-size clothing

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for another one, you may do so by contacting us via email at lunallenabtq@gmail.com. You may exchange an item as long as it meets the criteria within the Damages and Issues section of this page. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items on sale, or gift cards purchased. We also do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges, and the customer is fully responsible for all fees.  

Refund in the form of store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, store credit will be applied.
